Karen Dellaripa, Owner

Too often, Karen has seen how a business’ finances can rule their success or failure. And worse, she has encountered so few accountants are personally invested in their clients’ futures. Even the most deliberate and well-intentioned missions and visions can fail when there isn’t a bottom line to support them.

When Karen launched Beyond Your Books with co-founder Rich Strait, she set out to change this. Taking more than 30 years of accounting expertise and a genuine desire to guide her clients to success, Karen and her team at Beyond Your Books align businesses’ finances with their visions to achieve both short and long-term goals.

Karen is a CPA and a top 100 QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She’s master certified by Profit First Professionals. The entire Beyond Your Books staff is trained in the Profit First methodology, operating as a Profit First Advanced Firm. Karen has helped hundreds of small to medium-sized businesses become more profitable in the businesses they love.

Sue Freeman

EXTRAORDINARY OPERATIONS MANAGER
Sue is our dynamic Operations Manager, bringing with her an impressive arsenal of customer service skills and a positive attitude. With over 20 years of experience, she expertly masters organization, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In addition to her operations role, Sue doubles as an Extraordinary Bookkeeper! Her passion for numbers, down to the last cent, has significantly contributed to the value and growth of our company. Sue places great importance on developing relationships with our vendors and clients, and she is equally dedicated to building strong, compassionate relationships with her team.
Outside of work, Sue cherishes her blended family, enjoys spending time with her daughter, watching her nephews play baseball, solving jigsaw puzzles, and doting on her beloved dog, Bandit!
Jennifer A. Stewart

EXTRAORDINARY BOOKKEEPING MANAGER
Jennifer has over 25 years of comprehensive expertise as a professional full-charge bookkeeper, she brings extensive experience across a diverse array of industries. From restaurant management and engineering to IT, non-profit organizations, ecommerce ventures, retail establishments, educational institutions, hospitality services, HVAC companies, landscaping firms, photography studios, entertainment enterprises, hair salons, and plumbing businesses—her proficiency spans a wide spectrum.
Jennifer’s background encompasses both singular, small business bookkeeping and more than a decade of invaluable experience in a multi-client firm environment. Throughout her career, she has excelled in roles ranging from bookkeeper and staff accountant to team lead and account manager, consistently delivering exceptional and extraordinary results.
Jennifer and her husband of 20 years currently reside on 3.5 acres just outside of Houston TX. She is a huge animal lover and currently has six dogs. In her free time, she enjoys watching funny movies and gardening. Jennifer is also a lifelong Barbie collector and has over 350 dolls in her collection, and yes, her favorite color is pink

Romettra Voisin is the exceptionally dedicated Assistant Extraordinary Bookkeeping Manager here at Beyond Your Books, bringing with her over 15 years of rich and diverse accounting experience. Her unrelenting passion for numbers and her sincere desire to help others have been evident since she was a young girl, and these qualities shine brilliantly through her meticulous work each and every day.
Romettra has skillfully assisted a wide variety of businesses, helping them grow robustly, thrive magnificently, achieve their ambitious goals, and navigate through tough and challenging times with grace.
In her precious free time, she cherishes moments with her loving family and delights in exploring new and exciting places through travel.

Holly Tucker

Certified Profit First Professional

Holly is our Certified Profit First Professional, with nearly two decades of experience in the health care field.

She is passionate about all things numbers and health -- which is why, after reading Profit First back in 2017, she was drawn to helping others use this method in their small businesses. Holly joined Profit First Professionals in 2021, building a clientele of women-owned businesses in the holistic healthcare space; she joined Beyond Your Books coaching staff later that year.

Holly maintains her own private practice, holds various leadership & advocacy positions, and loves to travel around the world with her family.
