Karen Dellaripa, Owner
Too often, Karen has seen how a business’ finances can rule their success or failure. And worse, she has encountered so few accountants are personally invested in their clients’ futures. Even the most deliberate and well-intentioned missions and visions can fail when there isn’t a bottom line to support them.
When Karen launched Beyond Your Books with co-founder Rich Strait, she set out to change this. Taking more than 30 years of accounting expertise and a genuine desire to guide her clients to success, Karen and her team at Beyond Your Books align businesses’ finances with their visions to achieve both short and long-term goals.
Karen is a CPA and a top 100 QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She’s master certified by Profit First Professionals. The entire Beyond Your Books staff is trained in the Profit First methodology, operating as a Profit First Advanced Firm. Karen has helped hundreds of small to medium-sized businesses become more profitable in the businesses they love.

Holly Tucker
Certified Profit First Professional
Holly is our Certified Profit First Professional, with nearly two decades of experience in the health care field.
She is passionate about all things numbers and health -- which is why, after reading Profit First back in 2017, she was drawn to helping others use this method in their small businesses. Holly joined Profit First Professionals in 2021, building a clientele of women-owned businesses in the holistic healthcare space; she joined Beyond Your Books coaching staff later that year.
Holly maintains her own private practice, holds various leadership & advocacy positions, and loves to travel around the world with her family.
